but somehow didn't get it done until too late. I am in York, our last night. We head to Wales tomorrow and then back to Ireland and then I go home.
I did stop into A1 Moto here and pick up a couple t-shirts and briefly look at their mass of bikes! Haven't seen so many Triumphs - new and used - in one place, ever I think!
Sorry if I missed out on contacting any of you local chaps - ya need to come to Arizona!!!!
Was wishing I was on a motorbike today instead of in a rental Ford Focus, as we drove down some country roads from Thirsk back to York, passing by Castle Howard.
Oh well.
Maybe next time - as hopefully there will be one.

I'm heading to Wales tomorrow, but probably not a bit you're heading to.  And yeah you should have said earlier. We could have all sorted something out. I'll hold you to the next time....  Hope you're enjoying this island

Hey Becky!!! I'm pretty sure you're headed in the wrong direction if you're plannin' on wishin' happy nuptials and wedded bliss to William and Kate in person later this week!!!!  (...have a great trip!!!)

Gina - I think we will end up in Betws y Coed (?) tomorrow night. I have an irish mobile number if there is any chance. . . .
Adey - really I had no intentions of dissing you all! My week before we left was he!! and I am traveling with a family crew so the schedule is not all my own. . . We were in Dublin for the Irish Dance World championships as my niece was dancing. This English leg was not my part of the plan. I planned the MB riding in SE Ireland!
And I really do.plan to come back - lots of country to still ride.

WHAT!!
The York mob would have taken care of you and yours on your stay with us. A1 Moto are my dealers and are outstanding (Triumph awarded them dealer of the year 2010). We have some great roads and a few excellent biker cafes - Squires, Seaways and Fimber, the best fish & chips (Harpers) and the best beer on the planet is from Yorkshire - Timothy Taylors Landlord (DON'T LEAVE THE COUNTY WITHOUT TRYING A PINT).
Hope you had a great stay...maybe next time.
