Yeah, mine's off by about 100 mph. I have seen threads about people replacing them with smaller ones for cosmetic reasons. I own 6 bikes and 3 of them have no speedo at all so you can see where this is going. I would do a different one if the cable and drive unit didn't need to be changed but I suspect that's wishful thinking.
