Just wondering if anyone ever mounted the rear fender to the swingarm and if so what fender did they use. I would like to mount a fender that is tight to the back wheel so i can lose the fender struts.

Yep Rob, somebody has. And, his bike turned out to be one of the most beautiful BA Bobbers you or I will ever see!

This is dertbikdennis's bike....

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Mark Case did it to his about 8 years ago. He's not on here anymore and the bike has changed hands a couple times. I saved pictures, though.

This is a standard Bonneville, and it uses a Harley FRONT fender turned around, but it's not a bad look.

best use of HD parts I've seen yet.

I'd hafta have shorter bars, but I wouldn't mind if that one found its way into my hands. LED signals in the frame ends, good idea, very clean. I've debated on a set of those reproduction HD tool boxes in chrome for my bike.
