Afraid so... there's no way we can make ratings available only to registered users - the software's simply not built that way - so the only other option is to turn off ratings & comments altogether. They will be coming back, after the anonymous ****** loses interest.
You could always start a poll if you want to influence his choices... that'd be fun, I've not seen a poll on here yet.
