the paint shop here in sebastopol, ca was able to perfectly match the SAPPHIRE BLUE on my 2003 t100.
but i remember i had a link that had the formula on how sandox made the color.

i went to http://www.standox.com/portal/
clicked on color formulations and found pacific blue
odd thing is that it didnot list truiumoh motorcycles.
when i looked for neon blue..my color i was able to find it by the panel number..alot earier.
