tested on twenty ohm setting both coils read 0.06 , will test output tomorow, do the coils earth through the fixing bolts? checked neutral switch underneath, the wire was flattened by me jacking the bike up, did a continuity test and checked out ok , also ran an earth to it as well , still no joy, on the ignitor plug tested pin nine , side stand up battery of , tested earth from battery cable to pin nine 0.00 when side stand down, went to open 1. pin ten was o.oo BUT did not go open ,stayed at 0.00 when put in gear do you think the switch could be faulty , there is only one black wire that connects up near the top of air box where does the wire go back to in the harness?
