Paul is not me. That I want to put away as soon as possible. You can see a picture of us together setting the carbs on my Dnepr sidecar hack that I put together.I believe Paul (Beanache) posted the pic on his album on here. Although you cant see my face, you can see we are two separate people.

Oh and whoever offered the beer, much obliged. What I drink is mostly made of water anyway (Mich Ultra)

Before this degenerates into a purile thread, I'd love to know if anyone has heard anything about the long-term production of the TBA? I was personally hoping that the 2004 would have been the last, and am now rooting for 2005. Why, you may ask, would I want this? Well, the fewer TBAs there are around, the more classic they become. I'm not so much looking to turn mine into an investment, but it would be nice to think that in a few years, I could be looking at buying a new Triumph XX Cruiser and saving my current beloved for special occasions. I know this may sound a little like motorcycle bigamy, but I believe I can be faithful to both - or however many come later

Backporch just bought a 2005 Bonneville T100. I am taking him to pick it up on Tuesday. He is keeping his Harley and his Russian bike. But he's still a dirtybastard.

Shoot, anyone can buy an 865, I thought he was MAKING one.

I just got back from the Triumph dealer with Jay. They are prepping his T100. I didn't approve any off color remarks and I really missed that last shot. I will have to kick his asss when I see him next.
By the way, his bike is sweet.
They have also got a really nice racing thruxton at the shop. They will have it in Daytona. I took some pictures of it but you guys are going to have to pay to see them.

It wasn't really an attack, just an attempted counterattack. Though backdoor did start this thread, he should expect some flak. I think he secretly craves the attention .

Its runnin fine! Beanache came over and we started tearing apart a brand new bike........it was great! We removed the air injection, the snorkel, and ripped out some of the baffles. I got more baffles to remove but thats for later.

If they are coming out with a new 1200cc Cruiser just hope they keep the look of the BA. The Rocket III is OK but still like the BA look. I guess it will be 2006 before we know anything for sure.

I'm already trying to get him to ride over to daytona with me. If I can't get my bike put back together, I may have to ride his Harley. I would prefer to ride his Bonnie but I know that is out of the question. I will see what he says about Dahlonega. I know he would love to ride those roads on his T-100.

However, Jay is such an aszhole and I don't think I could put up with him for all that time. I may be able to get him near the edge of a cliff and then push him off. After that, we can all take turns riding his bike off some "sweet jumps"-Napoleon D.
