Hi. I've just put the same Rivco risers on as Foglefar on an '08 Speedie with standard bars, cables etc. Everything seems to be ok (the brake line is a little taut on full left lock) but I've not had any problems. They're certainly comfortable enough and look fantastic (IMHO).
