Many guys have used EZ Brackets on their bags too.

The bolts supplied with the brackets are way too long for our bikes. I went
to the local True Value and bought four stainless metric bolts about one
inch longer than the bolts in the rear fender support (or what came with the
backrest/luggage rack).
