Sorry for your loss. It's a tough descision, but you know it's the right one.
I've been dogless for nearly 10 years now, and I still miss him.
I never got another one cause it would be unfair to keep one shut in all day while I was at work, but hopefully this new job will allow me to get home during the day, so who knows
