I had a similar experience with bike bandit a couple of years ago. I used them because they had the entire schematic of the bike on the website, and I felt it was fair to give them the order. Took way too long.
For Triumph stuff now, I use the dealer I bought the bike from. Hermys, in PA. Friendly people, and quick service. They have no problem shipping it to me up here in MA.
