This cop deserves to lose his badge, and more importantly, his pension. It's people like this that cause other people to become "cop-haters"
If he hassles you like this, I wonder what he would hassle a young nieve woman for?  
BTW, I'm not having a go at you, just ranting about this cop who would expect an outcry of public sympathy if he ever got shot on duty
