Thanks for the input everybody! You all make some nice points...I should mention I'm no angel behind the wheel but I will admit when I'm wrong. The reason I'm concerned about "taking care" of this via guilty plea (to get reduced) or not guilty plea is because I don't need the points on my license or increased ins premiums. I have a ticket within the last year already (that one I admit to, and paid). I am also DEEPLY concerned about the possibility of this jackwagon making my life hell if I put up a fight in court.
