Deferred adjudication go to court after a mail in plea of not guilty then putting it off by having the date moved then go to court a year from now. If the cop shows probably not go to the prosecutor before court and ask for deferred adjudication which means pay the fine but if you don't get another ticket for 90 days it stays off you record
