There is a stretch of multi lane between my cabin and the Parkway that ALWAYS has a couple of LEOs, usually troopers, hidden along the roadway. If there is no other crime in the area for them to attend to then, in these tough economic times with education budgets being slashed, we must obviously have too many LEOs on the publi role.
