Once, in court on a ticket hearing, I saw a guy get up in front of a judge, having already been found responsible at a magistrate's hearing, and say that he had no questions for the trooper and that, essentially, the trooper's testimony was correct but that if the state was going to take his money, he wanted it to cost them as much as possible to get it. The judge smiled,found him responsible and told him - "Mission Accomplished".
