Anybody heard of these guys? I did a search and did not find anything. I have SS and love them, but thought this might be a nice option for others. http://www.stainlessride.com/triumph/speedmaster/mufflers.php#

They look interesting - very much like the Specialty Spares. I love my SS long slash cuts. Not sure what's happening with Specialty Spares, though.

Looks interesting, Jason and not a bad price either. Build quality? Sound? I wonder...

There's a batch of Specialty Spares being made, 6 sets, 4 of which have been claimed. Contact FastEddy for more info (or look for the thread in the Vendor forum). No idea if any more will be made after these.

Yeah, i saw the post about the set of SS - it was a sad day. Dont know what happened to the website (my girlfriend wrote the code and redesigned it a while back).
I am almost tempted to buy another bike just so i can get another set of Specialty Spares!!!

This could be it, we don't know but I'm sooooo glad I got in on this special batch of SSs. If anyone is leaning towards owning a set, NOW is perhaps the ONLY opportunity to own them. Eddy can sort you out!!

It's not their only chance. I'll be selling my short slashcuts. Only chance to get a NEW set.

They are EPCO pipes. Hopefully they haven't cheapened the construction.

Wow, good catch. I did not see that! They sure do seem to have a big range of pipes for bonnie-thrux-BA-SM. It will be interesting to hear what people say about the newer epco's.

So how are/were EPCO pipes? I ordered a pair of British Customs T100 Sleeper Silencers but it seems that they're on extreme back order. I wonder if I should consider the Vincent style mufflers from these guys instead?
Edit: Fixed the B.C. link.

After talking w/ the guy @ the shop I go to and my bro Soren, I decided to go ahead and order the Vincent style mufflers. They're also back-ordered, but only for 10 days. I'll be sure to let you all know how they are after I get them on the bike. Here's a pic of the pipes I ordered.

Update.
So when I ordered these pipes on April 8th, they said they're about 10 days away from shipping. They charged my card on April 12th and I'm having trouble getting a hold of them.
I've left a voice mail and sent a few emails. I'm starting to wonder, are they're crooked or do they just have bad customer service.

If you used PayPal, initiate a complaint/inquiry now, even some card companies will go after them for you. If the wheels did fall off the company, you don't want to be the last in line for a refund. I know this from experience.

i wonder how these stack up to Sceptre, that is what i run; but when i had them put on they skipped coating them so they are a tad yellow, love their sound though. i'd love to find long slash cuts that have a deeper louder sound to them.

I finally got a hold of someone @ the company yesterday. Supposedly, some one will call me today to give me an order status. If this doesn't pan out I'll definitely call my credit card company.

I just sent Stainless Ride an email requesting that they cancel my order. I also called my bank to dispute the charge on my card. I'd suggest people stay clear of Stainless Ride. They are either crooked or lazy. I'm going to wait for British Customs to fill their back order.

Hey, no worries. After I emailed them asking to cancel my order, they replied and apologized for the lack of communication. So, I don't really think they were trying to be crooked. I think they are very unorganized and lack good customer service skills.
British Customs seems to be a lot better and I've heard many good thing about them from others. I'll put up a new thread when I get them. Hopefully that doesn't take too long.

They market the same mufflers on Ebay as Epco's and a couple other names. Same yellow and black bike in the listing picture. They are second rate or blems of Epcos. I almost bought a set a couple years ago, took awhile to get my money back then even.

I dunno guys...got a pair of these off of eBay last year for about $225 and I couldn't be more pleased. Look good, sound good, and if there are any blemishes I couldn't see them. And I received them in less than a week.

Not exactly "new," but I just put a set of Thrush Glasspacks on my '03 Speedy, and they look and sound AWESOME! (Last cans were Emgo reverse-cones that were, frankly, just too d@mn loud.) Don't have good pix uploaded yet, but here's a vid of 'em on an XS650 that gives an idea of what they look like and how they sound: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0oKpDMCbBY --Jaeger
