Plus straight aspirin is bad for dogs stomachs just like people. For years my vet told me to use Ascriptin since it was buffered and made it easy on the stomach. Now she just prescribes Rimadyl 75mg at $35 a bottle for my dog with Arthritis. I would check with your vet by phone that way they can't charge you for an office visit. I am glad your dog seems okay though.
