Hi Erwin,
Its a Utopia that I bought from the US.

http://www.utpr.com/triumphamerica.html

I was suffering so much from backache that I was ready to sell the bike when a friend recommended that company.
I fitted a 'gel-pad' to the seat and together with the backrest I now have a very comfortable ride.
Gary.

Very interessting. So when you buy the backrest, it comes with the installation hardware/bar that you have to install to the pillion?

It comes complete and takes about an hour to fit.

I like your battery cover.

I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago. Edgar Allan Poe

Loaded with a duffel on the pillion, a sissy bag, and saddle bags is the righteous way to roll!

That is true. Don't ever take both hands off the bars when the bike is loaded - unless you enjoy scary wobbles.
