Dosen't much matter to me about who steps out of/off a vehicle that displays a handicap permit. Firstly, ever try to deal with the driver's license office? Well these folks with the placard had to...many times I recon. Secondly, we are not the judge of what constitutes a handicap. Got a problem with the card placard holder's apparent lack of need for same? Take it up with the magistrate or whoever issued the placard. Some real enlightenment there if ya care to pursue it. Lastly, as a common courtesy the nearest parking places to a business should be, by default/common sense, reserved for those folks that have a hard time with distances. Yet the general populace is really not that forward thinking in this the me manner of life we find ourselves living in. Courtesy is shot to hell anymore.
