I'll do that to save the spaces for those who may be in even more need - especially if there are only a couple HC spaces available. What's the difference? If I didn't have the tag, I'd park there anyway.
But I've got to admit, I do question some of those who hang the placard, then hop out of their car and sprint into the store...
