Hey Frank. Yes, you can overwrite the EXE and DLL file of TuneECU. Always use the most current version of TuneECU, and make sure that you use the correct tune for your bike.

I highly recommend reading the instructions very carefully and understand what you are about to do.

Put the TuneECU application in C:\TuneECU. Put the fuel maps in C:\Maps. There is a warning on TuneECUs site saying not to bury the maps too deep in directory structures.
