I heard it discussed yesterday on the radio. They had a longer version which showed the big kid has peed on the little kids backpack so the little kid was trying to exact some revenge. Bad move... So, that made it appear the big kid was the bully. Big kids always win fights when you are little. It looked like he broke the little kids ankle.
