You could either purchase four 1" spacers as others have done or have someone weld a piece of 1" flat strap steel along the bottom of each "leg" of the bracket, then relocate the holes down an inch or so. That's what I did. I've since gone to a 130/70 tire and went back to a stock bracket, but I'm keeping the modded one just in case.
Also, some have cut the center or top of the bracket out which would give you enough clearance, but I like the idea (even if technically unnecessary as some will say) of having that steel bracket tying the fork legs together.
