So you're a rocket scientist (bet you heard that one before) with a penchant for the fine arts - namely cuisine. I love cooking too and am often told I could cut the mustard as a chef (sauces are my secret) - I know I would fail miserably - lacking the people skills to make customers feel welcome. Also the hours would be beyond me - I find myself nodding off after 11pm trying to watch my favourite TV show. I could handle cooking for one sitting though - maybe in an posh lodge or something.

You've definitely got to visit Australia if you've been everywhere else - because nothing else is like Australia.
