Harrisburg? I haven't really done any riding in that area, but the Lancaster area is a little southeast of there and a beautiful area to tour - just watch for the horse & buggies... They also have this incredible all-you-can-eat buffet called Shady Maple in East Earl (Lancaster). It isn't open on Sundays, but if you can get there... ohhhhh... such incredible food in such astounding amounts. You will leave there feeling like you need to be rolled out to your bike.
