I hear tell that visitors to
Americade at Lake George, NY are treated to annual motorcycle only inspections, with a bent toward loud pipes, and whatever else NY can write to help balance their enormous budget deficit.
For years I put up with the discrimination of trucks only inspections. I would think if motorcycle only inspections go away by legislation, the precedent would be set to eliminate truck only inspections - a precedent that few states would seem interested in adopting.
There's a case pending that will likely end up in The Supreme Court.
