Rumour has it that a certain moderator on this forum has been practising his stunts on his new Scrambler. News of a stunt show Ooop North abound! Guess you gotta do something if you cannot drink!

Those pics made my day! My 16 yr old commented that "New bikes" aren't tough enough to do that type of riding. I said buddy, I ride a Triumph! ! Also reminded me to take my camera when I ride.

A friend of mine's grandfather once said" dirt bikes! when we wanted to ride in the dirt we just took our Indians into the woods!"
"Got the wind in my face the road goes on for miles...."

Those pictures are real gems. It shows you how much has changed in 50 years. Folks now a days would never try something like that. They'd need a four wheel ATV or a true dirt bike. I think the Scrambler has a cool niche. It's definetly capable of some decent off road terrain. I wouldn't go through mud bogs or over stone walls but I'm sure it could handle trails and bumpy dirt road with ease.

Thanks for the incredble pics!
That documents something saw pretty often as a kid. Guys would come out to my neck of the woods outside Atlanta, Georgia and hill climb with their full dress Harleys. Their specialty was road cuts - the higher, the steeper, the better.
There wasn't much they wouldn't try.
It was a ride on one of those bikes as a 6 year old that got me hooked - fifty years ago.
