Chaps may look like they're for gay pirates, but they work great, and are usually cheaper than textile pants or leather pants. I will also suggest heated gear, gloves at least, then jacket or vest, pants and socks optional.
Always remember to be yourself. Unless you suck. Then pretend to be someone else.
