Yes, the best cafe racers and choppers/bobbers I've seen were one ofs that came out of some guys garage with parts and ideas that only made sense to him... many have tried to capitalize on this (i.e. OCC , etc.) but the real essence is to take something and literally make it your own... and purposed for your style or styles of riding...that being said, my first bike was a Benelli and I'll always have a severe soft spot for them....
