Me thinks that the 'cafe racer' terminology is intended to ride the tide of what seems to be one of the latest and faster growing trendy cycle fads - IMO, It's a good thing, too, as I just love the 'cafe' thing. And wish I had an old bike to modify. Anyway, the terms Cafe Racer or Street Fighter seem to be synonymous from my perspective - Only separated by a generation or two. Just my 2 cents...
