The ratio is probably larger than 1 out of 1000. Very few are able to do that. Then again very few have a hoist ,let alone the ability or desire to go after that. Probably a few thousand.

I have noticed that the technology is there with the computers but fewer and fewer repair shops are around. The dealers seem to have cornered the market.
