While it did not HOLD the speed for long, It WOULD hold it long enough to adjust mirror, stretch shoulder, hang / shake arm for a few min. Depending on the condition of the road, it works pretty good for that use. Combined with my cramp buster, I had better relaxation of my right arm and wrist. I think it was still is a good investment.



I'd say I can underline what Beamer says here. It's not perfect, but it'll make possible to rest. Especially well while keeping the hand on the grip, but almost fully resting. I've got the stock rubber grip and purchased this accessory to ease tennis elbow..
