I got the 1 inch one and I am going to try it out on my kuryakins. I am thinking if I use a wide rubber band (like the kind that comes with a wrist buster) at the inside end of the grip it will provide the needed friction to work as desired. If not, well maybe I'll go back to the stock or an old school grip or sell/trade it.

I cut a 1/2 inch loop from an old bicycle inner tube which I put on my ISO grips.

Cruise control works great.
