Okay, so I'm beginning to understand but the term 'transponders' implies that there's some sort of electronic device involved? I'm just trying to understand this thing 'cause you see, it's a new concept to me and I really want to understand it. So.... you what? Pay for some sort of electronic gizmo that somehow bleeps some other electronic device that you have rightfully paid in advance for passage beyond some certain point? Am I even 'warm?'
