Toll road transponders. Part of the reasoning behind motorcycle tags being horz. is so cameras can more easily get quality pic's of toll runners tags, so they can receive their fines in the mail. All they REALLY want is their toll monies.
As far as flat land goes, it's like track day, EVERYWHERE YOU GO! Our curves are as tight as anyone's, just NO elevation changes.
