I had the D&Ds on for 2 summers with a 20306 tune (and they ran great) before I switched from the D&Ds to the hogslayers. For several reasons. With the other mods to the bike I wanted to get rid of the cat. I made up a nice set of cat by pass pipes (and played with various baffle schemes) tried tuning solutions but could not quite get what I was looking for. Plus, and this may sound odd, but the D&D's with no cat were just too loud.
With the hogslayers and a custom tune the power is effortlessly smooth (and awesome)thoughout the entire throttle range. And the sound is a bit more mellow.
It doesn't set off all the car alarms in a half miles radius like the scepters on the speedmaster.
