If a guy played with it, I used to have a flow meter tool to sync the carbs, (S U s and Stromberg s) on my Healy and a bunch of assorted TR s, add a constant vacuum source such as a shop vac betwixt the meter and tool, nah flow bench sounds better and you get real numbers to boot.
