I am just doing apes. This isnt much help as i am in the UK but there is a company here who take your old throttle and clutch cables and will make them into any length you ask for to exactly the same spec as the OEM cables (they use some parts from the cable you provide) the cost was about $100 total for all 3 cables. Might be worth the postage cost if you are looking at $300 to buy new!!! as for the brake line just like everyone else said, build it yourself.
Turnaround was about 2 days from them getting the cables
