Pretty sure it's T25... OK yeah it's T25. Just checked. $3.99 at the local Ace hardware for the safety Torx driver (blue handle).

Keep in mind it's an "anti-tamper" torx. The bolt has a small "pin" in the centre, so the torx key needs a matching hole in its' centre.
