Depends on what you want to control with it.
It looks to be a momentary switch.....push to close the circuit. Release it to open the circuit.
If you use it as starter or horn button then it would be used to energize a relay momentarily.
If you want to use it as a turn signal switch then you would need a relay that latches on when you push the switch and opens when you push it again.
