I stripped mine off the 02 america, managed to pick up a set of new ones on eBay and had them powdercoated. The powdercoat was £5.00 to do them both. The harsh bit is replacing the seals and dust seals they worked out around £90.00 but I did go for Triumph ones.
I had a prooblem unlocking one of the bolts at the bottom, and then again tightening them to 43nm as the inner keeps spinning, need to be done on an air gun or shove something inside the leg.
