What's your purpose? If it is to make a lot of noise, the baffles in the Specialty Spares can be removed with one screw or you can remove the packing around the baffle. They would be pretty loud with either of these mods. For the bike to run well, I'd bet you would need to rejet but if your goal is just to be loud this would work. If you are removing to drag race on the weekend, a rejet would definitely be required. If this is your goal, Bella Corse has a new set of thumb-screw carb scews that allow for quick rejets or changes during tuning.
Putting the baffles back in and lining up the fastener hole is a little tricky, don't think I'd want to do it with too much frequency.
