Well I have had these on for a while and I love them and I think they look great on the bike and would pick these again.
I have had NO problems with them spinning as others have reported and I am 5"11 & 90kg, but I did give them a massive tighten with a bar on the key. I have managed to scrape the heels of my boots a few times on big round abouts with the heel rests down but that all good fun.
I probably set the angle to sharp though to be in line with the brake pedal. So I would suggest to others while it may look good on a 35 - 40 degree angle you want to have them a lot less than you would expect for a comfort and brake pedal factor.
