Back in my pre-TV, pre-telephone, pre-computer days when I was weaning myself from the red rock cowboy trail by studying sheep nutrition high atop Cedar Mountain 30 miles out of Cedar City, UT I used to occupy my free time in a 14' camper trailer with a c cell radio listening to the Kanab AM radio station advertising Houston's Trail's End Restaurant where the waitreses had "Guns on their hips and smiles on their lips". But I digress.

Be sure to ride US Hwy 89, the scenery and road are excellent. And stop at Houston's for a bite
