I have a garage but need one of those openers. Mine is nowhere near as fun to watch as that one.

I have a similar garage door opener. It doesn't work at all, just makes a bunch of noise.

They don't work well one week out of every month, and after a while they start making a whining noise.
I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago.

I was waiting for him to double honk a third time and then watch the garage door opener blow a fuse!

Ya know I love my garage door opener but for some reason it seems to have broken before I bought it.

I keep my day job so I can keep paying for repairs to my current opener.

You'll be the first man in history to get your ass kicked by your garage door opener if she reads that...

I had a very witty & socially acceptable response, but apparantly misplaced it. -------------------- Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I've had a couple of small garage door openers for a while. Unfortunately, as they get older, they are less and less reliable, until finally you have to get rid of them. Although, these days, they usually come with a money back guantee, and they often return for short periods of time. I keep my older, less reliable ones in the basement.

In the context of this thread, there's something rather disturbing about that statement.
