So, today I had to go buy a replacement garbage disposal. Mine doesnt work. Actually I have no idea if it ever worked. Hey, I haved lived alone for two years, never needed to use it. But anyway, I went to Home Depot and picked up a new one. It is a 1/3 hp disposal. They did have 1/2 hp disposals for only $10 more, but it's an apartment and we will be moving soon. But, I'm rambling... I can't help but think that would be much of a difference between a 1/3 hp and a 1/2 garbage disposal? Although the physical size between the two were different. The 1/2 hp one was maybe 2 or 3 inches taller.
