Get yourself one of these... it is basically a 1/4" drive socket adaptor for screwdriver bits with a knurled hand thing on it. Doesn't ratchet, but it's SOOO handy for tight spots. Like everyone said, you don't need to pull the carbs. Just make sure you are REAL square on those screws with the driver.
