Hey Paul, just a couple of questions I'd be wanting to ask...
- How long did it sit without running?
- Did the owner drain the petrol from tank AND carbs or not (is this old or fresh fuel)?
Also, with low mileage like that... maybe it's sat for long periods several times leading even further to the suspicion of varnished fuel in the carbs.
