Not to tell anybody what to do-but don't kid yourself. You'll NEVER notice the hearing starting to go till it does, and then it's too late. Just sayin. Professional bass player 30 years-used plugs for 20, and it was 10 years too few. Ringing in the ears STINKS big time-more so when it does not have to happen. My .02, YMMV.
